An Idea Agency is a digital agency and digital marketing platform that provides digital marketing services through a subscription model for brands. Our primary goal is to work exclusively with select and premium clients.

An Idea Agency operates all its business processes and subscription-based online sales services under the principle defined by the Turkish Commercial Code Article 18/II, which states, “Every merchant must act as a prudent businessman in all commercial activities.” We expect our clients to adhere to the same principle.

In this context, An Idea Agency, which believes in the free and open exchange of ideas and products as a fundamental principle of commerce and development, has created this document to prevent sales that do not align with our mission to make commerce better for everyone.

The following products are prohibited from any digital marketing activities and operations via An Idea Agency or in collaboration with An Idea Agency, in compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation:

Products prohibited by law:

– Betting sites

– Offline sales via call centers

– Stolen goods, products with removed serial numbers

– Eavesdropping devices

– Counterfeit or fake products/services that violate intellectual and industrial property rights

– FOREX activities

– Products and services harmful to the mental health of young people and children, and those that violate child and human rights

– Products/services that violate and exploit animal rights

– Stocks, bonds, securities

– Sites selling products to help pass drug tests (e.g., doping drugs)

– Products/services that are against human dignity, public order, general morality, security, and health, including violent content

– Human organs

– Smuggled and illegal imported goods

– Pirated and unregistered products

– Cultural and natural assets

– Promotional products of brands

– Lock picks and lock-opening tools

– Products/services aimed at game copying (R4/modchip)

– Pyramid scheme websites

– Pornographic materials

– Promotional products

– Risky transactions (Any transactions that may involve risks)

– Fake documents, IDs, passports, diplomas, noble titles, etc.

– Fake or replica products

– Any products/services obtained through illegal means such as forgery, smuggling, theft, etc.

– Synthetic stimulants (substances known as Bath Salt, K2, Spice, Genie, Kronic)

– Lottery tickets

– Energy-saving devices

– Bulk email address lists

– Traffic devices (e.g., radar jammers)

– Electronic cigarettes

– Narcotic substances

– Veterinary medicinal products

– Websites selling hacking and software cracking programs

– Flammable and explosive materials

– Illegal adult sites, sexual content/pornographic content products

– Banned publications

– Weight loss pills

If a customer is found by a User to directly or indirectly sell any product listed in this Prohibited Products document, you can immediately contact us via info@anideaajans.com.

Accounts of customers found to be selling prohibited products will be suspended, and all service processes will be permanently terminated.
